JUDE THOMAS is an award-winning writer, born and raised in Dunedin, New Zealand where THE GOLD SERIES is set.

She enjoys fossicking around op shops and out-of-the-way places. While researching these stories, Jude found family secrets and many gems of information that hadn't been aired for some time.  She enjoys the 'sliding doors' concept - the 'what if' - and bringing happenstance alive through her characters and their stories.
